Down & Out Books was thrilled to hear that three of our short stories had been nominated for a 2020 Anthony Award … and we are pleased to share them in their entirety with you now.
The three stories are …
“Turistas” by Hector Acosta, which was featured in ¡Pa’que Tu Lo Sepas!: Stories to Benefit the People of Puerto Rico edited by Angel Luis Colón;
“Unforgiven” by Hilary Davidson, which was featured in Murder a-Go-Go’s: Crime Fiction Inspired by the Music of the Go-Go’s edited by Holly West; and
“Red Zone” by Alex Segura, which was featured in ¡Pa’que Tu Lo Sepas!: Stories to Benefit the People of Puerto Rico edited by Angel Luis Colón.

In addition to these nominees, Down & Out Books received five other Anthony Award nominations: The Unrepentant by E.A. Bouchercon 2020 will be virtual this year, with the winners of the Anthony Awards presented as part of an online ceremony on October 17.
